semenjak mulai diet lagi pola tidur jadi agak kacau. jam 2-3 pagi baru bisa tidur 😥 trus bangun jam 11 siang 😌😌

kak aku mau tanya, kalau belajar / baca gitu sebenernya bisa diinput ke exercise ga ya?
soalnya kalau dari aku sendiri, pas lagi belajar tu rasanya jadi lebih gampang laper, energi kerasa bgt terkurasnya. walaupun badan gak gerak, hehe..

Kak aku masih bingung sebenernya yg dikategorikan sbg sedentary, low itu yg seperti apa ya?
kalau mahasiswa yg olahraga cuma jogging seminggu sekali sama kadang sit up di kamar gitu termasuk yg mana ya?
