Average guy working toward a healthy weight and BF. Hoping to spend the summers outside with family and not be embarrassed by my body. Started working to get in better shape Apr 2020. Made it from 268 to 224 but since then have been jumping between 224 and 227. Been reading that tracking my calories closer and spending some time fasting before workouts will help. I hope this app will help me see where my pitfalls are so I can reach my goals!
