Well, I was doing very well, I think I am feeling the bloat as it is that time of the month, will weigh in again next week, after it ends!

Cruise is 31 days away. I would love to lose a size by then, but not stressing about it. I am proud of myself, doing stationary bike 4 times a week for about 4-5 miles. Big improvement from my normal routine. Next have to start the pilates and try to flatten that belly!

This is so bizarre, but I have been craving, of all things, blue cheese. Not the dressing, but good gorgonzola. We used to eat it like butter growing up, spread it on bread with dinner. Oh my goodness. I wonder if a few little crumbles will help deal with that. Otherwise, I am taking it slow and steady. 60 days until my cruise, so hoping these habits will be ingrained in me well enough to survive all that food!!!
