What can I eat on a cruise!?
I am going on a cruise in 31 days!! I am going to be very strong and stick with P1 for about 3 weeks, then go to P2 until I leave.

My husband, who is not going with me, commented that I would probably gain everything back on the cruise.

Has anyone gone cruising lately, and if so, what did you eat!? I love seafood, so that won't be a problem if properly prepared. What about alcohol choices? I would love to hear about your experiences.

Points or Core
Hi, way to go for keeping with it for 10 weeks. I am currently on SB, and was thinking of switching to WW, but not sure which route to go, core or points? I would love to hear the feedback.

What can I EAT? Phase 1
I have struggled with the time issue too, I usually cook a whole package of turkey bacon ahead of time and stick it in the fridge in foil or tupperware. Then I can take a piece or two out and warm up. Also, in the SB book there is a great recipe for quiche cups, the veggie ones are easy, put one in a baggie and nuke at your office, they are very good and quick.

Good luck!

Calorie counting
Does anyone know how I can figure out how many calories I should be consuming in a day? I think for me, as I am getting older, I need to keep track of that in addition to following SB and exercising. Except for recently, I am following SB very well. Some days, I feel so much better than others, maybe I am eating too many calories on those bad days? Any feedback would be helpful.

Cooking for the holidays
Hi everyone,

My mother decided I should make a ham and bring it for dinner on Palm Sunday. I cannot find a recipe for a baked ham, does anyone have suggestions! I am desperate because she always makes pasta dishes for the holidays and I need to bring something I can have on Phase 1.

Thanks!
