So my oldest daughter, 6, sat on my lap a couple of weeks ago and said, "mom, you feel squishy again, are you having another baby". Well, I am NOT!! Oh, the mouths of babes!

Feeling pretty good, need to do more meal planning during the week, and more crockpot cooking, if possible.

After a few months of thyroid problems, new medication, etc., I am restarting P1 of SB. Gained lots of weight back, need to focus on how my body feels so I don't slide back. I did pretty well on SB, and need to start from the beginning.
