This is so bizarre, but I have been craving, of all things, blue cheese. Not the dressing, but good gorgonzola. We used to eat it like butter growing up, spread it on bread with dinner. Oh my goodness. I wonder if a few little crumbles will help deal with that. Otherwise, I am taking it slow and steady. 60 days until my cruise, so hoping these habits will be ingrained in me well enough to survive all that food!!!
