OH MY GODDDD
just 1.700kg and i have my goal weight...
maybe i need to set a new goal...humm :)
im so happy.this week i tried not to overeat and not stuff myself with bad food..such as fries or even candy :p
and i worked out a LOT!!!!
i guess that this weight loss comes a bit more from the spinning lessons ;p
anywayyy IM HAPPY today!!!

day offf pfffff finally!!!
after 1 hour doing cardio fitness i went to do the 15 minutes abs at the gym...IM DEAD NOW.
i still need to clean my house and LATER i need to go to spinning lesson.gad damnit i really hope that those 700 grms i gained last week will go away after this week.
yes i know...im a bit psycho with my weight :P

dear friends
ive ben too lazy to come here and write all the food i eat...its really hard also to find the same food in this website since im not american and in my country we dont have the products that are listed here...so i always tried to see products with the same amounts of calories.
i gained 700grm and for me that is a BIGGGGG headache...i need to get to 57 fast.
ive been working out a LOT specially ive been spinning at the gym.
its so much fun and its great to know that we spend 800 calories for 1 hour spinning.
have fun and keep on the good work on the diet.
