As my scale says I only weigh 40 lbs weather I'm on it or not; I'm declaring it busted! I feel thiner. But I am unsure if I've lost weight

Good day met my challenge goals. Making myself drink 64oz of water seems to make me feel less hungry. I wanted to quit at 300 cal but I push thru it and made it to 508. Not sore today at all. Took me about an hour and a half to hit the mark.

So today I went out to eat. I had mac and cheese with grilled chicken.
I figured "hey it can't be that bad". in ONE meal I ate 1800cal that's 31% more caliories than I should take in for the entire day.
So all in all I broke about even today. I over ate but I did walk for three hours(about 4 miles round trip) along the Australian coast line.
and being touristy (shopping) helped abit too. The challenge starts soon. It should be a good first step for those of us that have a hard time dieting. The 500 cals a day exercise is to help get us in the habit of working out. Again don't over do it, if it takes 2hrs to reach 500cals that's ok. Slow and steady. It took me an hour and 20 min a few days ago but I'm not sore. Water: it helps. Ice water is a good way to burn a couple extra cals because your body has to warm it up before you can absorb it. Try and make the best meal choices you can. Whole foods are best. Let's take this one day at a time. GOOD LUCK to all of us!

Today I did a little over 500 cals on the Elliptical. A total of 70 sit ups. I use an app so this is over a period of about 10-15 min.
and 15 push ups also an app. I'm sure that if I can keep this up I'll cut the 10 lbs and reach my goal of 134 by Nov 15th.
