I have battled being sick this whole entire winter, which has really put a crimp in my journey of getting back to being healthy. I made the decision to start my son two days a week in daycare back in Dec. and me and my family have been non-stop sick with all the toddler germies he brings home each week. This past week he became sick and I ended up with bronchitis and pneumonia. UGH! So it was another week I had to put a halt to my workout challenge. I can't win for losing:( But as soon as this clears up I want to jump back in and start hitting my tae bo classes. I've thought alot about the things that spewed out of me last time I recorded in this journal and I am ready to do what I have to-to get my life back and lead the life I want. No one is going to come along and do it for me and if I don't make it happen I will live out the rest of my days as someone else not me and certainly not the max blessed life I should have lived. I want all my promised days and not a day shorter and I want to see my son through all his important times and love him the best I can. I want my husband and I to have the maximum happiness we deserve as a couple and as a family. I want to be proud of me and when I walk into a room I want to feel confident and when my feet hit the ground in the morning, I want to feel strong, healthy and full of energy.
I can do this. I am capable. I have the keys and the support. I just have to believe I am worth it, I am worth the hard work-I am worth the discipline and sacrifice. I can do this. My mind is strong, I can conquer it all.
