Woke up with unhappy tummy...not sure what I can stomach eating on Atkins today. Meat sounds awful..maybe a shake...

Bad day yesterday. Had to drive 2 hours to see my hospitalized grandmother. Diet totally blown, but back on track today. Back home now.
Not sure what to eat this morning...made a no bake cheesecake from Atkins website. Haven't eaten any yet. Made peach flavor.
Planning on going to Y to work out later.

Ok. Day 3 beginning. yesterday I was greeted warmly by SO many people. thank you everyone! Happy my 14 year old got the lead in the school play.
walked 30 minutes on treadmill last night and had about 4 oz chicken and 1/2 cup french beans.
going to try to get to Y this am for another 30 minutes. slow but steady moving...need to buld energy back up...will eat after...My Amazon Atkins order is on it's way!
