Right now I don't like myself, at least on the outside... and sometimes that reflects inward. I hate being FAT and Pretty/UGLY, so the only way I can change the way I feel about myself is to just do it by eliminating all the fast food, fried food, and junk food including sodas and STARBUCKS. It's time for me to take control and start eating right for life with daily exercises. I'm hoping in time I can finally look in the mirror and like who I see.
