This week is gonna be the worst for me.

Two finals and a bunch of assignments. Too stressed = cravings for munchies = fatter me = sadder me = more stress... it's like an ongoing cycle.

I hope to be able to forget these cravings and focus on the lawsuit that my client on the assignment is facing. Sigh! I really need a good grade on this :(... well at least the good part is that I'm able to stick to my WW points... I must add "SO FAR" since it's only 2.13pm. :|

it's 8.37pm... and I'm craving food like crazy. I have 8 more points left and I got to stick to it. Even though I'm tempted to go eat something from the kitchen... I'm glad I logged into the site again. Just by looking at my goal I realized that I can do it. Hopefully!!!

I'm planning to start Weight Watchers from tomorrow. After all the research it seems to be the easiest one to start with. My plan is to combine it with the central idea of 3-hr-diet, which is eat every 3 hours. I also want to make sure that I take food from all food groups:

2 servings of dairy
7-8 servings of fruits+veg
1-2 servings of carbs
1-2 servings of protein

Right now according my physical status I can eat 24 points per day. And so, for tomorrow, I plan to eat the following:

Drink 10 glasses of water

7.00am - 1 cup raisin bran cereal+1 cup fat free milk-3+2 = 5pts
10.00am - 1/2 graphefruit - 1pt
1.00pm- 1 cup brown rice + 1/4 cup lentil + 1/4 cup fish stew- 4+3+3= 10pt
4.00pm- 1/2 grapefruit - 1pt
7.00pm- 1/2 whole wheat pita + 1 poached egg - 2+2 = 4
10.00pm- 1 cup fat free milk + 1 apple - 2+1 = 3

Total pnts= 24
