22 year old registered nurse, my 'rockbottom' was 160lbs during college. Suddenly in 3 years I put on 60 lbs and I've hit 213, the only clothes fitting me are scrubs and I can notice difficulty doing simple things. I don't look like 213 but I feel enormous and sluggish. I'm always tired. I really want to get back down to 150, and someday, 135, but one thing at a time, right?
