I am continuing to make progress by counting my calories. I have lost 9 lbs in the first two weeks. I am averaging 4.5 lbs of lost weight per week. YAH!

My goal is to only eat 45% of my daily calorie RDI. I have found food volume can be supplemented by eating vegitables.

Using my colorie counter (Fat Secret) is exciting. It has helped me loose 9 lbs in two weeks. What can even be better, I am not starving myself. I am just eating smarter. I have fallen in love with this little piece of software.
