wow i forgot i had this page. but i am on a roll with this weight/diet thing and keeping the weight off and losing weight. yay for me. i would love to be in a size 8 by the end of march. right now i am in a tight 12.

well i am going to try this diet thing again. i just move to another state and trying to make some changes to myself so why not my weight. this diet thing always work for me and just hard for me to keep it up so i am trying something different. a diet that will around my schedule and my lifestlye and not someone else maybe then i can continen with it for a life time .
