Semakin lambat turun semakin mudah untuk kita jalanin, semakin ekstrim semakin sulit diet itu untuk disustain, belum sampai goal sudah ga kuat, craving straving, binge eating dll. take it sloe but have a deadline for realistic goal

berapa lama kk prosesny?, common question on comment. kita butuh SABAR, segala sesuatu itu btuh proses dan proses itu butuh waktu. orang orang yang kamu lihat sukses meraih body goals mungkin bukan hanya hitungan bulan jalanin prosesnya tapi udah tahunan. kadang baru sebulan udah ngeluh ada yang baru beberapa hari malah. coba deh lihat rata rata program itu 12 weeks atau kurleb 3 months. coba konsisten aja dulu and trust me, you will see the result

Be grateful. tubuh kita itu pintar. dia memiliki kemampuan adaptasi. makan lebih sedikit atau lrbih banyak dari biasanya dalam sehari ga akan ngubah banyak. thats why dalam perdietan konsistensi is a key
