Do a bit of stretching before and after your workout. Also you can use the sauna. My gym has a sauna in it, so I sauna pretty much everyday haha! Its super relaxing, and really gets all the tension out of my body.

Cardio VS weight training
When you say circuit, I'm assuming the machines. With those you can do them everyday, as they aren't as punishing to your body as doing free weights. As for the length of time for the circuit, about 20-30 minutes to start with initially. Do a few quick stretches, then the 20-30 minute circuit, and finally end strong with your cardio workout. Hope that helps!
