Not fasting anymore. Added egg whites and salad back to my diet. Oh! And pickles... Of course.

Is it true pickle juice helps with joint pain? I know milk of magnesia does but I’m a little tired of having diarrhea- ain’t gonna lie.

Does anyone have any suggestions on best laxatives to use? I typically use like maximum strength and take 4 or 5, but I was wondering if there were maybe less damaging laxatives...?
