Does anyone have any suggestions on best laxatives to use? I typically use like maximum strength and take 4 or 5, but I was wondering if there were maybe less damaging laxatives...?
106.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You need to seek professional counseling dear. You are under weight and all of your posts are very alarming to say the least. Do not take laxatives. What little food you are feeding yourself will be washed out along with other nutrients and good bacteria. You will start making yourself weaker and weaker and then your body will start feeding on itself from lack of nutrition. Your hair will begin falling out and organs will begin to fail and get irreversable damage. Please talk with your parents, doctor, trusted friend or family member and seek help.

Good luck - a healthy diet shouldn't require laxatives. At least talk to a nutritionist or the school nurse about how much to be eating.

There are some I get from the Dollar Tree. It comes in a green and yellow box. I forget the name. I'm out and need to get some more as a back up. I can usually get by taking 2 or 3 when needed. When I eat right, I no longer need them. I was going regulary and was less constipated when I ate less meat, eat raisin bran and corn flakes cereal, and eat more vegetables.

No laxatives! Could your goal weight possibly be misguided? Hear me out, maybe you don't look the way you want because you're accidentally heading in the opposite direction. I use this app to help me gain weight! You should consider eating more calories, hitting the gym, and putting on 10 or 15 sexy pounds. Seriously, they would look good on you. Not all pounds are fat. With training they will be tone and gorgeous and drive guys crazy (in a good way) Most importantly though, extra calories plus strength training makes you feel amazing and gives you a sense of accomplishment rather than making you feel dizzy and giving you diarrhea. Strong and healthy is sexy. Frail doesn't look good on anybody. You clearly have so much self control you could really succeed at a well thought out healthy strength training program combined with plenty of delicious healthy food:)

For a better life I think retire should consider eat more of rice and meat, it not good to eat just fruit and drank water. Constipate are come from not only from to much process food but from fruits.

None, I suggest using no laxatives whatsoever. Twenty years from now, if you are not dead, you will be wishing you had eaten nutritious foods and not tried to abuse you body into something it was not meant to be. A few oldsters here are wishing that they had eaten real food way back when. Some of us used to be anorexic or bulimic, and that is something that doesn't just go away. It takes work to get over it. Get help, because if you are over five feet tall, you are try to lose muscle mass, and that is death.

Super Dieter's Tea available at grocery and drug stores. It has the natural herb senna and really works. Too well sometimes.

I didn't see how little weight you are. The above advice is better. BDD is real and you should probably see a professional.

The best would be water and increase your raw fruit and vegie intake to make sure you are getting enough fiber.

SStart using quaker oats high fiber instant oatmeal I have two of these a day and go perfectly no joke I was desperately constipated before I tried the stuff make sure you go when the urge first cons and don’t wait that’s key also

"...maximum strength and take four or five..." Please stop that, woman. You're going to fcuk yourself up if you keep doing that stupid sh^t. Yerba Prima (psyllium husk fiber) will keep your poop happy and is not harmful. Be well.

Thanks for all the different suggestions. This isnt a “troll” account. When I was in 5th grade, Mom told me I was getting fat. I’m 17 and graduated now (I decided to just graduate early cause I hate school) and I still diet so that I can look good. There’s a lot of things I can’t control in my life, and weight has always been a struggle. I see my body differently than most on here. I appreciate the suggestions on tea and other things. Thank you all.

I respectfully suggest that your mother was wrong, please see a doctor. This may be exactly what you both need to set things straight.

You are seventeen and still growing. I suggest exercise. Get outside, try biking, jogging, whatever gets you moving. Rather than obsessing over the numbers on a scale, get your body moving. Shapely legs, toned arms, are way more sexy looking than a starved looking runway model look. Anorexia is not a good look on any one and certainly not healthy. 🤗
