Beef jerky, daily mini mini treat.. getting easier to avoid everyday. But boy o boy, as soon as it’s the right time it’s FEEDING TIME! Thunking about starting to add a progressive delay perhaps..
One trick that works powerfully is to think: “what would my future self tomorrow think if I cheat today?” Never failed yet, plus it only comes after exercise time = reward

Portion control driving me nuts, I think I’m gonna stop buying more than I need for the next day. On the other hand, I keep rationalizing that if I can keep overcoming I’ll be bulletproof going forward..
Man, just gulping down water so long each time I think about a an illegal snack.. happens every few minutes damnit

Made house call to a patient today. Tried out my smart suit shirt and it was loose fitting enough to be comfortable! Noticed I can easily bend forward now to adjust an otherwise inaccessible faucet, so I tried to put my foot on my knee and it was easy (didn't need to use momentum or my hand for extra guidance).
These things are victories, regular movement restrictions create all day stress. Finally done relief and encouraging while I wait for Wednesday to come around (weighing-in day). It's going to be good news 😊

I reckon I've fully adapted to the new diet, no hunger, no diet soda and water is my snack
