携帯電話のエンジニアです。
平日は自宅でのダンベルによるワークアウトを3日。
週末はゴールドジムでのワークアウトをしています。
食事はローカロリー、ローカーボにしていますが、
金曜日の夜をチート・デイにしています。
筋肉で体を大きくして行きたいので、
I am Cell Phone engineer.

On week day, I have workout at home using dumbell 3days a week.
And On weekend, I have workout at Gold's Gym.

I am trying "low‐carbohydrate diet" and controlling calorie.
On Friday night I sometimes make cheating day.
