got to make myself a routine to follow. and get out and doing something every day. and need to stop eating so much junk.
am really bad when i go home. ate 6 biscuits, a piece of cake and 2 packets of crisps that i didn't even need. never mind a dinner twice if not triple the size it needs to be.
need to get myself back on track.
tmorrow, i know it not exactly a clean start with the new year. but going to start tmorrow. only 3 main meals. and the size they are meant to be.
and start a food diary again, so if i fail i look over it and remind myself of how i failed.
and do some exercise. just something light for the first few days untill my cough clears up.
will check in tmorrow with how i going and if i've set up a routine.

managed tday i think. was tempted so many times but only caved in for one chocolate. and swapped sorbet for my bed banana they had the same calories. but managed to not eat all my dinner. =D
