This is a refreshing salad, which I made 2 days ago. This salad has got :
- vine tomatoes ( cutted into 6 to 8 slices );
- red onion
- garlic
- fresh dill
- fresh flat leaf parsley
- dark apple cider vinegar
- extra vergin olive oil
- salt

Hello, everybody ! How are you doing? It is very hot here in Wales.
On the 8th of May - 99.5 kg
On the 12th of May - 98.7 kg
Loss in 5 days - 0.8 kg
Used to be - 116 kg
Total loss - -17.3 kg
My first goal is - 95 kg
Still to go till my first goal - 3.7 kg
I know that I am not losing weight as quickly as I would love to. But on previous different diets I usually used to lose a lot of weight and in couple months late gane them back. But now, with finding correct types of diets for my body, it is much easier to coup with my behaviour around the food. I am snacking less. I am trying to eat more protein now ( chicken, eggs , frankfurters ), which keeps me fuller. I feel more positive. In the past, I was thinking about food, I was planning what I would have for my next meal and when. I was in panic mode if I did not know when my next meal would be. I was afraid of having hypo outside of the house somewhere in the street. If I feel weak and feel that hypo is coming, my husband has always been taking to the cafe to feed me. But nowadays it is different. For my hypos, I am carrying in my bag some protein bars.

It is very disappointing 😕 In 1 week I lost 100 gr. But I need to look into the positives: the weight is going down ( even sooooo slooooow like a 🐢 ).

Today was my weight in day. Today I did not eat much. Managed to eat a pastry from Tesco for some sugar ( unfortunately, today I had 3 hypos ), which put my daily calorie intake for around 1,100 kcal ( my daily calorie intake should be 1,300 calories without sugar , pastry , sweets 😒). But when I got a hypoglycaemia, then I try sometimes to eat something quick and easy ). So with this weight in I have these results:
STARTING WEIGHT : 116 kg
28th April 2024 : 101.7 kg
30th April 2024 : 99.6 kg
In 2 days lost : 2.1 kg
GOAL ( first ) : 95 kg
LOST SO FAR : 16.4 kg
STILL TO GO : 4.6 kg
I think it is positive 😌 about losing weight. Just hypos are really annoying right now ( especially if I do not suffer from diabetes ), but I have hypoglycaemia.

Today, I checked my weight. It shows that I have lost 2.3 kg in 2 days and 12 hours. I could not believe the numbers, as I do feel bloated, and my stomach seems solid like concrete block. With today's weight in I have got these numbers:
STARTING WEIGHT: 116 kg
26th April 2024 : 104 kg
28th April 2024 : 101.7 kg
IN 2 DAYS LOST : - 2.3 kg
GOAL ( FIRST ) : 95 kg
LOST SO FAR. : 14.3 kg
STILL TO GO. : 6.7 kg
Hopefully, from today, I will be more careful choosing all my foods during ladies' days and not putting my body through the huge increase in the weight again.
