3 days ago, my weight was 104.4 kg. I felt really down about it. I started to do my analysis where I was wrong in my diet, and I found the answers: 1) I had constipation ( 🙄 ) , 2) a couple of small but heavy meals at dinner time.
In the last 3 days I eat less carbs ( especially for dinner ). 1 day I had 1,224 calories a day; yesterday, I had 1,092 calories a day.
Overall, all my starts look now like this:
♡ starting weight - 116 kg
♡ 10th of June - 104.4 kg
♡ 14th of June - 100.7 kg
♡ lost in 3 days - 3.7 kg
♡ goal - 95 kg
♡ lost so far - 15.3 kg
♡ remaining - 5.7 kg
The main thing is : I was really upset last time by gaining a lot of weight. But my inner critic helped me to see what was wrong with my eating habits in order to put things straight. 🙃

I can describe this gane in many ways. But right now, these words are coming to my mind : devastating, heartbreaking.
On the 12th of May 2024, my weight was 98.7 kg. On the 10th of June 2024, the weight is 104.4 kg. The weight gain is 5.7 kg. I understand that part of it is an inflammation or water retention. Hopefully, I will manage to lose part of my gained weight. As I have my ladies' time of the month now, I am feeling like a hippo.My hormones are really decided to "have a party" and annoy me with everything this month ( inflammation, muscle cramps in my back, grumpiness, crying like a child ).

This is a refreshing salad, which I made 2 days ago. This salad has got :
- vine tomatoes ( cutted into 6 to 8 slices );
- red onion
- garlic
- fresh dill
- fresh flat leaf parsley
- dark apple cider vinegar
- extra vergin olive oil
- salt

Hello, everybody ! How are you doing? It is very hot here in Wales.
On the 8th of May - 99.5 kg
On the 12th of May - 98.7 kg
Loss in 5 days - 0.8 kg
Used to be - 116 kg
Total loss - -17.3 kg
My first goal is - 95 kg
Still to go till my first goal - 3.7 kg
I know that I am not losing weight as quickly as I would love to. But on previous different diets I usually used to lose a lot of weight and in couple months late gane them back. But now, with finding correct types of diets for my body, it is much easier to coup with my behaviour around the food. I am snacking less. I am trying to eat more protein now ( chicken, eggs , frankfurters ), which keeps me fuller. I feel more positive. In the past, I was thinking about food, I was planning what I would have for my next meal and when. I was in panic mode if I did not know when my next meal would be. I was afraid of having hypo outside of the house somewhere in the street. If I feel weak and feel that hypo is coming, my husband has always been taking to the cafe to feed me. But nowadays it is different. For my hypos, I am carrying in my bag some protein bars.

It is very disappointing 😕 In 1 week I lost 100 gr. But I need to look into the positives: the weight is going down ( even sooooo slooooow like a 🐢 ).
