Day two and still seem to be holding my own. One day at a time. Paid for my Biggest Loser at work so trying really hard to make my goal.
Sean checked on Gyms so now to decide which one works best for us both. He likes Essex Junction. I am fine with that. Just hope it's not too bus after work.

Starting over again. Try, try again they say. Joined Biggest Loser Challenge at work. Want to lose 2 pounds a week in next ten weeks. Let's see if I can do it. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Friend Sean is interested in going to the gym with me but waiting to here if that will work out of not. If not have to find something else for me to do on my own.

Today is the first day of making better choices. I am planning better to be more successful this time. Plus, I have to succeed this time. I am now on high blood pressure and high cholesterol medication and I want off it by the beginning of the new year.
It is not about making bad decisions it is about making different choices and choosing to do things differently. My nutritonist at my doctors office taught me that recently and I am going to live by it for the next 20 weeks and see how it helps. I have another motivational statement for working out/physical activity that I think will help too. "Action precedes motivation!"
I have decided not to officially start until 9/20/10. I have time to grocery shop, sign up for gym and yes, enjoy a long birthday weekend without setting myself up for early failure by getting discouraged if I don't stick to my calorie intake. I think this is a good decision/choice for me.

quit tracking over vacation and then had hard time getting back into it But that cost me 3 pounds. Time to get back on task or I will never get to my goal of 200 by the end of August.
