Hm, apparently it makes no difference--I ate all kinds of crap and didn't exercise while on vacation, and I weigh exactly the same as I did after counting calories and working out every day. Not the best motivation, to be honest!

LOL at how awful and embarrassing my food diary is--not in terms of calories, but in terms of how little of it is "real" food! My diet Coke and 100-calorie cake addictions are showing. :P I should go find some manner of vegetable, I suppose. At least I always have a banana and take my vitamins. LOL

It is cruel and unusual to bring Funfetti cupcakes to work when I'm on a diet! They are sprinkled with *fun*. Who can resist that??

Cheese and alcohol will be my downfall, LOL! We went out for Cinco de Mayo yesterday...a day late, Seis de Mayo, but he couldn't get off work early enough on Wednesday. I had a grilled fish taco with veggies as the side dish, and really just picked at it anyway...because my main meal was two glasses of Sangria and chips n' queso dip! I love it so! And I can't imagine giving that up entirely, so my plan is to *not* go out tonight, but go to an extra exercise class (I don't generally go on Friday) and have a salad for dinner...thus restoring balance to the Force. ;)

Aha! The scale says I'm back into the Roaring 120's! Yay! Now let's see if I can get a better margin of error instead of being right on the borderline.
