btw...I won't be weighing myself this week due to having my period and since my weigh in day is friday after stuffing myself with thanksgiving dinner. tune in for next week's weigh in. :-)

Today I cheated a little. I was making the green bean casserole for tomorrow and I took about a cup of left over french's fried onions and put it on my salad. Other than that even with the cravings I have....I'm being soooooooo good. Believe me that is a real challenge for me cuz I almost always give in to cravings on my period! But I am taking tomorrow off so don't expect really good numbers from me. Hey...it's Thanksgiving for heaven sake!
