I am a 40-year-old woman weighing about 50 more than I'd like. My goal is to lose about 3 pounds a week, give or take. I am overweight because of a past pregnancy and have let it become a viscious cycle with eating and getting lazier and lazier over the years. I want to be able to have the energy to spend with my child playing and having the "want to" when she asks me to play. I also feel like I would be a good role model for her and my husband. I just don't have anyone to be accountable to. I'll listen to any criticism/advice anyone can give.
