I am a 40 year old mother of one and grandmother of two. I live in Wisconsin with my wonderful guy and our two dogs. Twelve years ago I went from 260 pounds to 140 pounds by exercising, giving up soda and changing my eating habits. I kept the weight off for a few years, but then I let life get in the way and all the bad habits started creeping back in, and the weight started coming back. I need to get back in control, get my weight back down, and quit smoking as well. Hopefully this site will help me with that, I know what I need to do, I am hoping that seeing things in black and white will help me to actually control myself, and I need friends that will support me in my efforts. I have friends, lol, but they all tell me I look just fine and don't need to lose weight, nice of them, but not much help. :)
