Hello! I am a stay-at-home-mom to a little boy. My husband and I decided to go on the rice diet for multiple reasons. One of my driving forces is to get pregnant again. In our last pregnancy, I was put on bedrest due to high blood pressure and ended up having pre-eclampsia. We aren't wanting that to happen again, so we are trying to be healthier before we get pregnant. I have two different goals. I want to lose 43 pounds before I get pregnant again, and then ultimately lose 63 pounds all together.
