God is so Good to me! A wonderful surprise this morning when I weighed! My first goal is to reach 280. That is the weight I was After my second child when I went on my first diet and lost 80 pounds. I got down to 200 pounds and felt great. But I was on pills then to accomplish that loss and as soon as I stopped taking them, all the weight plus more pilled on. Now, I'm trying to loose the weight the right way! By changing the way I eat and Getting lots of Exercise in! I didn't think it would be possible to loose, But I had forgotten that Anything is possible with My God 😊

Haven't been logging my food and not been eating well. My Husband has been in the hospital since Sunday. He was so very sick so I haven't left his side. The combination of Hospital food, vending machines and Wonderful Friends and family bringing food derailed me this week. Not to mention no exercise because of sitting in a room for a week. But Praise God, I haven't gained! And Praise God my Husband is finally home and on the way to recovery! God is good! All the time!!! Now, Back to logging and jogging 😊👍

Lovely Bkfast 😊 I have fallen in Love with Chobani Flips! This morning, Coffee Brownie Bliss 😋 And MultiGrain Cheerios with a Sliced Banana. (No Milk) For a Grand Total of 395 Calories 😊
