Well, I have decided since I am obviously not following Atkins to a "T", I am going to change my diet plan listed. I don't want to throw off the stats for the Atkins people. It is a modified Atkins/South Beach/Low Carb diet. I figure if I at least keep out the bad, super refined, carb junk foods out of my life, eat protein and veggies with maybe the occasional multigrain bread or potato treat, I will be able to be one with myself. I don't drink much soda, but if I do it will be the Diet Hansen's soda (http://www.hansens.com/), a more natural (and Splenda sweetened) soda, once or twice a week. All the remainder of the time it will be water and tea (preferably green) for me.

I hope that all of you have had a great holiday season and are back to the grind as well. I am taking a break from challenges for a bit as I have my first online class at the Univ of Phoenix to work on and want to concentrate on getting back into the schooling groove. Not that I won't be in the "changing my eating habits for a healthier me" groove. That's a mouthful! =)
