I weighed myself this morning, and I gained just like I figured I would. It was 140 on the nose, so I guess it could have been worse. I am not sure what my exercise capabilities will be now that I am "injured" again. I am going to do the plank challenge because I KNOW that I am able to do that even with my "injury", so at least I have that going for me. I had to change my activity level down to low which lowered my calorie intake to continue weight loss. I am going to have to really start watching what I eat since I will not be able to do my normal exercises.
It is frustration, but I am going with that old cliche "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" and hope that it is true.

Upset, aggravated and annoyed. I can't believe that I am benched again due to this infection thing. I ate bad the day before yesterday and yesterday I got it back under control. Too bad the medicine made it all come back up. I am back to being stuck on the couch and unable to exercise and it is 100% frustrating. Hopefully once I see the doctor tomorrow, we can make a decision about the best path and get this done with once and for all.

Got up bright and early this morning and went to derby practice. When I was going regularly I wouldn't eat before because I have heard that is the best way to burn calories. So, I followed that original thinking. Today that was the worst idea possible. We had a super intense warm-up that involved lots of squatting and walking in squat position. After we did that I really felt like I was going to puke and we hadn't even put on skates yet.
It was super hard, since it was a strength building and endurance practice. I will remember to eat breakfast next Saturday for sure. I was bad and got taco bell on my way, and tried to get not high in calorie items, but apparently nachos are super fatty. :( Maybe the fact that I didn't eat all of them will make me feel not so bad about eating them to begin with.
Hopefully when I get home from my friends wedding tonight I can refrain from pigging out and while there keep my munching to a minimum since I have already eaten a large portion.

Last night was my first night back at rollerderby in 3 months. It was so great to be back on skates. Unfortunately I didn't hit my RDI and was only at 51%. It is hard on days that I have practice to eat enough, since it's such a busy day and the fact that practice is at least 2 hours long so I don't get home until after 9 pm.
Hopefully, I can get that RDI number closer to where it is supposed to be and me and my buddies can do a group workout at least once a week. :)

Had a great night of working out with Port and Meesa, the walking/exercises were wonderful. I feel like I am finally getting back into the swing of working out and hopefully will be able to keep it up. Tonight I have derby practice. It is a scrimmage night and I will not be able to do that so, I am kinda worried about what my level of activeness will be. I guess I will just have to see if I need to do some other exercises to ensure that I get a nice workout.
