I'M TURNING 50 THIS YEAR AND WOULD LIKE TO BE AT MY "HAPPY" WEIGHT. MY GOAL IS BETWEEN 135 AND 140. I'VE JOINED A GYM AND ACTUALLY GO TO IT. I WORK IN THE ER AS A SECRETARY DOING 12 HOUR SHIFTS 3 DAYS A WEEK. WOULD JUST LIKE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF. I HATE PICTURES OF MYSELF BECAUSE THEY REMIND ME OF HOW OVERWEIGHT I AM.
