First day back from vacation and didn't follow my dietary plan. Instead ate what I wanted. Looking forward to creating new habits!
Adjusted my goal weight back 10lbs. New goal: 230 - once I reach it, will drop to 225lbs, then 220lbs, then 215lbs, then 210lbs, then 200lbs, etc.

16:8 fasting—no breakfast. Ate late last night which translates into eating at 11:30am today!

Happy birthday to me—-Beachbody on demand- 10 rounds- boxing 2- speed and hooks (3s and 4s). When I couldn’t get the footwork, I slowed down and got the form. Speed will come! I didn’t work out yesterday and am working on getting back off the sugar. It is so easy to get off the wagon and so easy to do things in halves when it is convenient.
