So my new year jumped to a great start. I had two versions of a Fit Test from BodyRock.TV - This is all done at 50 se ucs with 10 secs between each for recording - a total of 7 minutes. BodyRock.TV is basically anaorobic work outs. They are really tough. My first Fit Test was on my own @ 5pm I had 27 Squat Jumps, 18 Pushups, 9 Burpees (I hate burpees), unknown high knees since I didn't know how to count them, 12 Switch Lunges AKA Jump Lunges (I don't jump - to hard on my knees), 18 Tuck Jumps, 19 Situps. Then my Sensei has a new class for the adults after the two kids' class. So @ 7 pm I did better. 34, 22, 11, 46 (learned how to count high knees), 30, 18, 18. - Then we also had some self defense basic move as part of the 30 minutes. Today I'm planning on running becuase it's suppose to be so warm here in Denver. Up date: while watching the biggest loser . I didn't run. I had 1 hour karate included 15 anaerobic and 45 min spin class.
