Today I have a furnance guy in to fix a part on the furnance (landlord required) and so I'm home from work. I took the kid to school, came home and took Ash for a quick run. Then I did an anaerobic work out. I will walk to school with Ash to pick Mo up so he can show his new dog off to his school mates. Tommorrow I am planning on going to at least one spin class. I heard on Tuesday that they have a new class on Sundays so I may get to spin both days. That would be awesome. I love to spin!

I am trying to stay below the sites recommended calorie intake to lose this weight which is close to 2000 - I'm trying to stay between 1500 and 2000. I know if I'm too low on my intake, I'll just platue. But I'm starting to think, since this site has me tracking sleep too that perhpas it has more to do with the lack of sleep. I will just have to keep going to really see the patterns. I know in 4 days, I already feel better though in my outlook. I love the postive feelings from just a few days of exercise.
I feel very dehydrated since yesterday. I am hoping that it is my body just saying "Hey, you are drinking more water again? Send me more!"
I also over slept this morning hence the starbucks breakfast. I actually didn't hear one on my 3 alarms which tells me two nights of not enough sleep are building up and that may be why I feel really tired and like I'm trying to fight off something. I must go to bed early tonight.
I ran today for the first time in some while. It was so warm here today it was like running in the spring. But I've lost any of the speed and endurance I had built up during last summee.g.
I recorded my miles in a challenge at LIVESTRONG for the year. I ran/walked/biked/spinned/karated my way to 762 miles for 2011. I should add to my new year goals to break a 1000 miles in 2012.

Today was the third day of a 30 day exercise challenge. I know I burned more calories than this system says I did because it was an anaerobic workout which just has you going. You can burn up to 400 calories during one of those I logged two sets of exercises to get to what I think I burned.I already feel better and will not be discouraged if my weight does not go down like I think it should.I'm not running right now so I'm not going to worry that I am not eating enough calories at the moment. go green team in my challenge!
Today had a few extra food items in them as my co-workers took me out for a late birthday lunch. I decided that I would eat the ice cream and pudding but I choose the size to eat and for that I am proud. Being healthy is as much about making good choices in moderation rather than punishing yourself. I do enough beating myself up emotionally when I feel I am not being healthy without 'punishing' myself through exteme self-denial. That doesn't work for me which took me years to learn.
