I am a 46 year old Mom of four, married to my first love for the past 27 years. I have been battling my ever increasing weight since hit my mid 30's. Having my fourth baby at age 39.. didn't help with the weight either. I have bounced around from diets to no diets rarely sticking with any one diet for very long. I had my biggest success with low carb, but am finding that I cannot stay on it long term to keep the weight from coming back.
