Late breakfast due to the nurse coming to visit Dirk, therefore lunch will be later than usual. I don't have the feeling of starving which is very good.

Today, Dirk had his 2nd hip surgery. I didn't get my Keto Coffee this morning even though I tried. I ate 1 hard boiled egg & 2 cheese cubes. it held me until lunch. When home, I made my Keto coffee and felt MUCH better & able to focus. For dinner I'm making a Mushroom soup and I'm so hungry. Plus I'm solo tired of eating cheese! Never thought those words would ever leave my mouth! I'm hanging in there even though Devin offered me his McDonald's Spicy Chicken sandwich. I 💜 those sandwiches but I want to lose weight and restore my health more. Low Carb makes it much easier to be "good" than anything else I've tried.
