I just came out of the hospital on Tuesday. I suffered with a pretty bad Kidney Infection, which i had since last Monday. None of the medicine the doctors helped, not even tylenol 3 with codeine helped. I went through hell at home. The pain was terrible.
Now I am better and ready to continue my diet and loose the fat. I am glad to be back.

I haven't weighed my self yet. Maybe am just afraid. I' have a bladder infection and my body is so weak and in pai, I can't get up and do anything. I am still eating a little less than usual.

Yay, I lost the 1.5lb i gained. I haven't really started the SBD yet, I am watching what i eat and a lot less of it too.I am also working out about a half an hour a day. I just hope i don't gain more weight.

I've had a rough week. I honestly haven't started the diet. I ordered the SBD cookbook, but nothing in that book I eat. I don't eat pork, and I hate all vegeatables(onions, tomatoes, etc.) I do add them for flavoring, but never ever eat them ever since i was little. Any suggestions on what should I do. What do I eat? How should i start> I love eating bread, potatoes, rice. This will be hard for me.

My First day on my diet. I've never been on a diet before. I usually loose weight the wrong way (starvation), I always gain it back. I hope I do it right this time with support from this website.
