Good God.. It's been over 3 months since i've been on here. It's not something i'm proud of, I havn't been doing well at all. I've been just pretty much eating anything without any regard to how good or bad it is for me. And i've gained 3 lbs in the process.. which i know doesn't seem like a lot.. but to me it is. I'm already over 200.. and every pound more makes me feel like it's 10 pounds more.
I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow though, and I plan to get nothing but good healthy stuff. A friend of mine put together some information for me off of mypyramid.gov.. on the kind of balanced eating habits that are good for you. So i'm going to try and see about eating more balanced.

The last time i recorded a weight from my phone.. it didn't stick. I was 238.6, today i'm 236.2.. so i've lost two pounds. It's going in the right direction.. but i've still set myself back.. and that upsets me. Oh well.. some progress is better then no progress.

*sigh*, i'm extremely frustrated this past week. Last week I was a bit handicapped so I didn't work out like I should of because I couldn't keep my blasted glasses on my face.
I just completely fell off the wagon over the last week and a half. I'm just lacking the motivation to get back on. It's frustrating. Now to add to that.. I did something to my knee this past weekend. Then pissed it off by running on it monday and tuesday. So yeah.. fun stuff. :( I just need some motivation. Cause I have none right now. :( The weight loss competition at work is a long way from over. I havn't completely screwed it yet. I have to get my sh** together though, or this is going to snow ball like it always does. :(

Did a good three miles at the gym last night. I really messed up over the weekend. I'm going to try and get it back on track this week though.

Had a good work out at the gym last night.. took the princess with me. She said she wanted to sweat, I think we accomplished that goal. :)
Did a good 6 miles, jogging and walking. Also did weights.
Hmm.. ok. Forgot to include my total mileage for the challenge on the actual challenge entry. I tend to forget if i don't. So.. 16.5 miles (deliberate) down.. 13.5 miles left to go with 8 days to go. I got this in the bag.
