Help help help me!!!!
Yesterday it was my husbands birthday, and we had cream cake and chocolate cake with lots of cream and fat. I had two small pieces.
But today I had this cake in my fridge all day, and the cravings became so bad that while I was making dinner in the kitchen, I ate 2 really big pieces of that cake! Oh my goodness!!!
I was really hoping that someone would come and see me, so that I want to stop eating it, but nobody came...
I feel so ashamed and guilty...
I feel sooo bad now... I don´t understand why I ate it, I just HAD to eat it and I enjoyed the taste alot and I couldn´t stop... I just left one piece of chocolate cake for my hubby...
Shame on me...
I really need help to get motivated again and to maybe feel not so guilty anymore...
can someone help me????
Maybe I can blame it on my period? Can I, can I????

The past week, my sis was here from england. She cooked in the evening very yummy english food, and I ate it! I also ate cream-cake, chocolate and so on. But I haven´t gained a pound!!!
Because I eat less of it, not as much as I was used to. And it worked pretty good! I wasn´t hungry, I haven´t had any cravings and I had this yummy delicious food, like Lasagne, Sheperds Pie, Beef Stew and so on! It was a delicious week! But now I am starting over again!
1 or 2 Proteinshakes a day, with one healthy meal (like cottage cheese with tomatoes and salad, carrots, vegetables in any way and light Feta and light Joghurt.)

First day where I ate real food again, after 9 days only Shakes(except the first 2 days, where I had one tiny meal for dinner).
I had Tuna and Cucumber for breakfast, light mozzarella cheese and 2 tomatoes for lunch(with 1 teaspoon oil and vinegar) salt and pepper and for dessert a Joghurt and a Banana.
For lunch I got a Proteinshake and a carrot as snack...

It´s the 6th day without any real food. I only had my shake 3 times a day, and tons of water.
Sometimes I have cravings for sugar...
Now I am drinking a cup of herbtea with one teespoon honey. Is that allowed? I am not sure.
I just had the feeling that I would feel better with a little bit of sugar...
I feel healthy and good, but also kind of tired with a little headache...
