Which is it?
Cross reference the Calories. It depends on the level or how fast you're using/going.

Wii fit, dumbbell exercises, light cardio(jumping jacks, some running), resistance exercises, calisthenics.

You're resting in between most exercises, so you can stop to feed him or give him some attention while he's up in a high chair or in a play area where he can't get in the way. I don't see the issue.

Having trouble balancing my diet
TM, enter your exercise for the day(even if you don't do any) so we can see your estimated calorie deficits/gains. That will depend on what you should be adding/taking out as well.

New Workout
Thanks. Looks pretty good. Mine is pretty similar but I do a little bit less(about 3 exercises per muscle group) so I can mix in some HIIT Cardio. Usually just 1 muscle group per day.
