🤗 oh my 🤸♀️ my weight is falling off🥳 Even though I haven't had time for exercising in the last 4 months, I've stayed committed in recording the foods I eat so as to avoid going over my daily calorie intake of 1200, the effort is vital.
For the last few months I haven't taken any form of herbal tablets for my peri menopause as my flushes rarely occur and I'm sleeping well too 😊 I'm wondering if its the homemade Kombucha's and lemon probiotics I'm drinking everyday which has contributed to this? Ahhh, a new me again🥰

My belt needed to be shortened. Off with the excess. I've lost 7 inches (18cm) off my waist since Nov 2021

Yes 💪I'm on the move downwards again. And to top it off, yesterday I discovered my belt is so big that I had to cut the excess off!
I measured the end hole (where Iast November 2021 I struggled to get the buckle pin to fit) to the hole its now comfortable to wear even OVER my jumper! I've lost 7 inches (18cm) around my waist!! 🥳

Same as last week but no increase, phew. Spending more time sewing and making myself clothes and wearing them has been encouraging me. I'll get back to my daily 1 hour fast walking soon. Last December I started this weightloss journey and aimed to be 54kgs by today, my birthday.
Ah well, I've 10kgs still to go. Patting my back, keep going. 🥰

As promised, a pic of the vest I made from the May Gibbs print fabric my hubby bought me many months ago. I've shed 28kgs so far. Now wearing size 12 - 14 clothes, I was a size 20 going on 22! (Australian women's sizing)
