Crickey no downage still the same.
Got some great news though, well it is for me haha.
I tried on my favourite cargo pants and they fit! size 10 and really baggy around the legs and butt, looser then when I first owned them. Now listen closely, no judging or raised eyebrows 🤣 but the last time I was able to fit in them was over 17 years ago! (yep stored them in my dresser all those years.) I loved them so much, I even refused to allow my teenage daughter whom I caught trying them on to have them. (her non poker face said it all 🤔 hmm mum your too fat for em)
I was adamant and well ahem.. somewhat stubborn...I declared ☝"One day I'll wear them again!" Finally this week I did, and I'm so chuffed I wore them 3 days in a row!!! 😊

Hmm curiouser and curiouser 🤔 Have no clue why I'm increasing in weight on the scales.
My clothes are getting so loose, my bras are baggy, even my undies keep slipping down 🤣 I tried on a skirt I once wore in 2009 that was really tight around my waist, it barely sits on my hips and ready to slip off. I was beaming to read the size 12 label 🥰. So off to the shops for new underwear and tees. From size 16DD (I really needed 18DD cup) down to a 14C - Oh gosh I can now wear comfortable pretty ones (no more fleshly bulges or the bra sitting away from my rib cage) Oh the feeling is so delightful and I didn't mind modeling them to my hubby!! Yesterday I had to return the size 14 T-shirt as I ended up needing a size 10!! 🥳
My scales 🤷♀️ on the other hand tell a different story.

gaining 2.2 lb a week

🤪 Hmmm my craving for salt has not helped lol. For the last 2 weeks I've been incredibly lethargic and lacking motivation regardless of good sleep and healthy eating. Could be many causes (obvious one, I'm in peri-menopause), so my action plan is- include iron tablets 2 a week; reduce salt intake; drink more water; reduce coffee; daily morning 1hr brisk treadmill walking; accept its ok to have days of rest; stay positive...my size 14 trousers are very loose all over. I maybe 63kgs this week but no matter how many different scales I weigh myself on, none point at 92kgs! 😊

Praise God I'm lighter and fitter and surprisingly flexible. I feel and look youthful. No more aches or pain. Oh wow the freedom! from foods hold over my mind and stomach, no cravings since Feb 2022. What joy, what peace, what contentment.
