Wasnt up to xercising this week, i was sore all week and just drained. I will get on track this week.

I tried this diet that you were supposed to lose 10lbs in 3 days and i followed it like you were supposed to and this is all i lost joke can i say

Well here i am again, loving my exercise and they is pain in my ankle and it is swollen, i am going to keep exercising till i cant on it have to to get thru this week. obsessed exerciser.

Pounds are slowing coming off, need some encouragement i am starting to hate weighing in. i ate less this week and didnt exercise much, but i was hurt, sick. what else is there to do.
