Taking a break from exercising done tons of walking this week and i am tired, need more motivation to do different exercise.

i figured i can give myself a treat today for the fact that i made the 10 lbs mark and i have walked 2.3 miles for 2 days in a row. I ate out and know i am feeling sick after words not used to all that food.

Had to walk from work about 2 and a half miles still no car. This sucks! I am getting my exercise though.

Didnt exercise this weekend. Getting back to it today. Walked alot since i dont have a car.

Well I wanted to workout and some how i have injured my back, i get into a routine and i get hurt. I am going to try and rest tonite then workout 2morrow
