I need to learn that there is not sub for self control at work, just because i have had a great weight in i cant have a major cheat day!

Past week has not been a good week for me, there has been nothing but stress, changes in schedule and routine, and lack of sleep. I havent been able to follow any diet or work out plan. I am basically needing to start all over again on will power, control, and mind set. I am the type of person that needs to have the plan of action before I can move forward. I need the sleep at the same time everyday so I can wake up near the same time. I need for there to not be a huge mess everywhere I look. I need for people to adjust to the fact I work graveyards so early ass mornings dont work for me.
Now that I have vented some of the anger out, I am going to take the next two days. Clean the house, remove all cludder, remove the smell of odor and donate everything I have that I dont use. Once that is done I will take one recover day and starting Saturday I am doing two a day workouts, I am not spending any more money, and I am getting all the time I have lost back!

I have managed to still lose weight while blowing my calories out of the water, I think both are because i started the INSANITY DVD program. Its kicking my ass and i love every min of it.

I am not sure weather I am more upset about the fact that I completely blew my diet out of the water today or that I knew that I was doing it and still couldnt stop myself. It been over two months on my diet with only a couple hicups along the way. The differance in those and this one yesterday was that I planed it and ajusted my workouts accordingly. Yesterday was just a very very very very very bad day I guess.

Wow its amazing how just one little splurge can cause you to blow the entire day way out the water. I need to get a bunch of working outs in today! DESPRITLY!!!!
