I thought maybe yesterday was a fluke incident with all the energy at the end of the day to play with my kids, but I feel it again today. This is really great! I don't know why I didn't feel this in the first 2 weeks like the Atkins book said I would, but hey, I've finished 3 weeks and I'm feeling GREAT!! I don't want to change how I'm feeling ever. I just hate that I have a visit from TOM and he's messing with my weight loss :( wish I could just be done with TOM!!! UGH!! Joys of being a woman

I am finally feeling the benefits of the Atkins lifestyle. I'm only down 10lbs, but I feel great!! I not only was up early to run this morning, but I had energy to clean out my very dirty laundry room and go outside and jump on the trampoline with my kids. Can you believe it?! I was jumping on a trampoline!! I normally sit on the sidelines and watch my kids play, but I was out there in action enjoying time with my kids. I feel so energized that I may have a hard time sleeping, but its just from the excitement. It's great :)

I am so excited....3 weeks with almost NO exercise and I've lost like 5lbs!!! Atkins is the best diet I've done. Now I have to change my routine from exercising in the evening to the morning, but I'm hoping the change will be good :)

well, I guess I'm gonna still be on Induction for awhile longer. I woke up this morning with cravings for cereal and pancakes and just bread. I'm not going to eat it, but I WANT IT! and I didn't lose any weight this week. I thought Atkins was gonna have weight falling off, but I guess not. I don't know what I could've done wrong.

I survived my 1st week of Atkins, including my 1st weekend without any cheating. I'm so proud of myself!! It was the first Monday I've weighed without any extra "weekend pounds". I'm so proud! :D
I am needing some variety and its real hard to change up meats when it seems you can't use marinades and I'm limited on which veggies I can eat, but I'm managing. I really think this is the plan for me. Its got me motivated to start working out harder and everything. I cannot wait to see the changes in myself
