So instead of using a scale, I am going to be recording my weight via measuring tape.
My measurements as of today are:
Bust: 42 inch
Left upper arm: 13 1/2 inch
Right upper arm: 14 inch
Waist: 43 1/2 inch
hip: 50 inch
Upper left leg: 29 1/2 inch
Upper right leg: 30 inch
Upper torso: 37 1/2 inch
My meal plan consists of a small breakfast, a medium sized lunch, a snack in the afternoon, and a medium sized dinner. I try to incorporate all of the recommended daily servings of each food group and eat sensibly. I get plenty of exercise from working on my feet all day and walking to and from work while taking the bus.

My breakfast this morning before work! I think I'm going to start majing breakfasts more about protein than anything because it seems to fill me up more!
